2019-2020 Season Artists
Violinist Renée Jolles has given solo performances with orchestras
throughout the U.S. and Europe, and has premiered hundreds of works
worldwide. She is a member of Continuum, a concertmaster of
Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, and Professor of Violin at the Eastman
School of Music.
Cellist Jia Kim, winner of the prestigious 2017 Leonore Annenberg Fellowship Fund career grant, has toured worldwide and joined Itzhak Perlman on a chamber music tour as an alum of the Perlman Music Program. She is the Artistic Director of Central Chamber Music Series (NYC) and the Spruce Peak Chamber Music Society (Stowe VT).
Violist Melissa Reardon is the Artistic Director of the Portland Chamber
Music Festival and was a member of the Grammy-nominated Ensō String
Quartet. She has toured with Musicians from Marlboro and The Silk Road
Ensemble, and played at festivals across the United States, South America,
Europe, Canada, India and Korea.
Violinist Sheila Reinhold is founder and Music Director of Intimate Voices. Her varied career has included solo appearances with Zubin Mehta and Andre Kostelanetz, chamber music with Jascha Heifetz (with whom she studied for 5 years) and Gregor Piatigorsky, and premiers of many works for both violin and viola.
Violist Carol Rodland has performed as soloist and chamber musician
throughout the Americas and Europe. She is Professor of Viola at the
Juilliard School of Music and is the creator of If Music Be the Food..., a
concert series dedicated to increasing awareness and support for the
Violist Dov Scheindlin has performed chamber music in 28 countries around the globe and has appeared as soloist with orchestras includingthe Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam and the Munich Philharmonic. He is a member and former Artistic Director of Orpheus Chamber Orchestra..
Cellist James Wilson is a member and Artistic Director of Orpheus
and the Artistic Director of the Richmond-based Chamber Music Society
of Central Virginia. He is a former member of the Shanghai and Chester
String Quartets and the Da Capo Chamber Players, and he has recorded
and toured extensively world-wide.
